For CredZK, this isn't the end of the mission we started in Cannes. It's the next chapter.
CredZK began at Moca Network's Identity House in Cannes in 2025. In five days, we built a working prototype around a simple idea: prove a financial fact without unnecessarily exposing all of the underlying financial data.
Using zkTLS-based verification and Moca Network's AIR Kit, we demonstrated verifiable financial credentials for lending and were recognized as the second-place project on Demo Day.
The bigger realization was: verification becomes far more powerful when software can act on what has been verified.
Byzantine Solidus is building Permara, a platform designed to make agreements executable. CredZK can establish real-world facts. Those facts can become reusable credentials. Permara can use those credentials as conditions inside payments, purchase-order financing, lending and other agreements.
CredZK proves the fact. Permara makes the fact useful.
Subject to completion of the proposed transaction, CredZK's technology will become part of Permara's credential and verification infrastructure.

When we started CredZK, I thought we were solving a financial verification problem. What became obvious was that verification wasn't the end of the transaction. It was the beginning.
Knowing something is true is valuable. Knowing what you're authorized to do because it's true is much more powerful.
That's why this acquisition makes sense. CredZK can establish the proof. Permara can understand what that proof means inside an agreement and determine what is allowed to happen next.
The user shouldn't have to know what zkTLS is. They shouldn't have to understand a blockchain, a DID or a smart account. The best infrastructure eventually becomes invisible.
You should simply be able to tell Permara what you want to happen. We verify the people. We verify the proof. We protect the money. And when the conditions everyone agreed to are satisfied, we execute.
CredZK started by asking whether we could prove a financial fact without exposing everything behind it. Permara asks the next question: now that we know the fact is true, what can we safely make happen?
